Overview exhibition

This is an impression of the exhibition as displayed in the Lodz Art Center from 9 May 2010 till the 30th during the International Festival of Photography 2010

This years Festival theme was All my lovin' and focused on family relations and love.

The Family Photographers...

This is the main body of work the participants / family photographers made... seen on the exhibition.

I choose to mix the pictures from all the families by each other. In my selection I focused on pictures which in one way or another shows us something about all kind of relationships and love within the family.

How do people react or behave being a member of a family? Moreover: How do they manage to be a member of a family?... How are they being playful or happy?  What about loneliness, sadness or disaffection?... How do family members deal with their individuality? And sometimes: how do they survive?...
